Check in time is 4pm. There is a key pad on the door & your code will be sent to you.

Hygiene, coffee, cleaning supplies and paper products will be provided initially. If you need to replenish, I recommend Winn Dixie or Publix. Both are only 4 miles away or there is a convenience store on the corner of Sadowski & 1A

There are 3 smart TV’s and each have their own remote located in the room with the TV. We invite you to enjoy the outdoor TV for your entertainment. Please be considerate of your neighbors when enjoying your outdoor TV

Please help us conserve our water supply on the island. Turn off outdoor hoses at the valve.

 

Vehicle information:

• Please park both of your vehicles in the parking space for 22 Sadowski.

• Boats can be launched from Key Colony Beach Marina, download this application for trailor parking if needed

The Kitchen includes:

• Refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker

• Keurig Coffee maker with a starter supply of K-cups, non dairy creamer & sugar

• Canola oil, salt and pepper

• Paper towels, dish soap, dish machine detergent,

• Microwave

• Air fryer that also bakes, grills, roasts, and toasts.

• Blender

• Small crockpot

• Cups and Glassware for wine, pint glasses, stemless, coffee mugs

• Melamine plates, salad plates & bowls

• Flatware

• Knives, serving utensils, can opener, cooking utensils

• Counter seating for 4 people

Bathrooms include:

• Towels, hand towels & wash clothes

• A dispenser filled with body soap, shampoo & conditioner is in each shower

• Hand soap

• Hair dryer

Bedrooms include:

• Sheets, pillows, comforter

• Extra pillows, extra comforter

• Washer, dryer, Tide Pods (in the Primary suite)

Dining room patio:

• Seating for 6-8 people

• 2  bicycles

• Some games, bicycle pump & sand toys in the chest

BBQ station:

• Gas grill

• BBQ utensils

• 2 propane tanks

• Small fire extinguisher

• Grill cleaner

• Large quartz countertop

• Solar lighting

On the dock:

• Reach in freezer for bait & fish. You may need to turn this on when you arrive if needed

• Large commercial ice machine. You may need to turn this on if needed for your boat.

• Outdoor solar heated shower

• Fish cleaning station. Do not throw fish or reminents into the water. It changes the natural feeding habits of the fish. Please hose off after each use

• Hose

• Container with kayak paddles & life vests

• 2 kayaks: you can launch these right off of the dock. There is a swim ladder.

Check out is before 10AM.  Before leaving, please complete the following:

• Leave all remotes in the rooms with the TV it is assigned to.

• Put all of the dirty towels in the washing machine and start.

• Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

• Remove all trash and recycling and place in the outdoor receptacles provided.

• Press & hold any button on the key pad to lock the door when leaving.

Your damage deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of check out.
